Payment

The full amount of the course registered whether term time club, holiday activity, parties or occasion needs to be made in advance.

Fee is for the term and non-refundable irrespective of the joining date. All students must submit the form and the full payment before attending the class.

After club collection

After the clubs, children are to be collected promptly from the location specified in the registration form.

In case of independent travellers, school rules apply and parents/carers need to complete the independent traveller form provided by the school and confirming by email that they approve that the child is allowed to leave the school on their own and that Addo Arts do not have any responsibility once the child has left.

In case of change of arrangement, we have to be notified by email/message at least 3 hours before the start of the club, or by leaving a note with the school office.
